The 180 Group currently owns multiple systems for CAD rendering of your meeting or event: MeetingMatrix, WYSIWYG, and Vivien. With the use of these programs we are able to provide you with a detailed schematic of your room, including tables, chairs, staging items, etc. Also we are able to provide you with a 3D rendering of the room, true to scale, including lighting schemes true to what you will see in your room. Here are a few examples of layouts we have done for past meetings and events:
MeetingMatrix:
As you can see, with MeetingMatrix, we are able to draw up the room to exact dimensions and provide you with a schematic of your room layout.
This enables us to detail the room down to inches and assures you that the provided equipment and layout are to scale. (This was for an event we did at The Loews hotel in Philadelphia. By drawing the room to scale we were able to get around some challenges we faced with the pillars and the large staircase you can see in this room.)
Vivien:
With Vivien we have the ability to make a CAD drawing of your event and render it in a 3-dimensional environment so as to get a clearer picture of what your event will actually look like.
WYSIWYG:
With WYSIWYG we have the ability to generate advanced lighting schemes prior to your event in order to provide you with an even more true to life look at your event well in advance. This has proved very advantageous allowing our clients to see the room and decide on everything from color schemes to staging positions well in advance of their meeting or event.
