Howard Sr. has been in the production and audio/visual industry for his entire career. Working for many companies, including within a major corporation, Howard gained the insight needed to start his own company and properly serve his clients.

Howard started The 180 Group in 1996, and as the owner/operator he puts full effort and involvement into each of his clients' events. "The 180 Group is a major part of who I am, and serving my clients well is what makes it, and myself, successful."

Howard Jr. (or J.R.), as you have probably surmised, is the son of Howard Sr. and joined The 180 Group directly out of college. Working with The 180 Group for many years prior to graduation, J.R. saw an opportunity for him and Howard Sr. to work together to grow the company.

Working with The 180 Group for over five years J.R. has learned from hands on interactions with clients and the years of experiences shared from Howard Sr. J.R. has further developed the creative design, web, and technology portions of the business in order to offer The 180 Group's clients a turnkey production operation.
